Third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals. Optional full coverage is available for additional peace of mind on longer or remote journeys.
Can I cross borders with your vehicles?
Yes — our vehicles are permitted for travel to Uganda, Burundi, and the DRC. Border crossing documentation and permits are arranged through our office before departure.
What is your fuel policy?
You receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. Fuel costs are your responsibility; we provide guidance on stations throughout Rwanda and neighbouring regions.
What documents do I need to rent?
A valid international driving permit, passport, and a credit card for the security deposit. Rwandan residents need a national ID and local driving licence.
