Gorilla Trekking Day

It is expected that you have already arrived in Rwanda at least one day before the trip. Pick-up is scheduled for 4:30 am from your Kigali hotel. The journey to Volcanoes National Park takes approximately 2 hours, arriving at 6:00 am. Breakfast is served before the trek begins at 8:00 am with your assigned ranger guide. The trek may last up to 8 hours depending on gorilla family location. Upon finding the family, you will have one hour to observe and photograph these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. After the trek, your dedicated driver returns you to your Kigali hotel.
